Nemequene is run by a small team. Messages reach the people who write the code, not a ticket queue.

If you have an account

Sign in and use the message box: it is the Contact tab in your dashboard. That is the fastest route for anything about billing, your keys, or an integration that is not behaving.

• We do not send email. Nothing about your account is ever emailed to you — not a receipt, not a password reset, not a reply. The answer appears on that same page.
• That is a deliberate consequence of how the service is built, and it is why the recovery code in your dashboard matters: it is the only way back in if you forget your password.

Reporting a vulnerability

Use the same box and say so in the subject. We acknowledge security reports within two business days. Good-faith research within the law is welcome, and we do not pursue researchers who report responsibly. Please give us a reasonable window to ship a fix before publishing.

Who operates this

Nemequene LLC (in formation), Rhode Island, USA. Servers are located in the European Union. We are non-custodial by construction: we never hold your funds, so there is no balance for us to freeze, release, or lose.
